They have already found some during the Apollo's landing, in a crater..if there is more water, then it's on the polar points. It's insignificant, unless they want to build moon bases, which I highly doubt, due to the fact, that this economy can't even let us build or buy houses on Earth, and the the governments are more focused on fecking wars instead of -God forbid- science or advencement. |

a two ton kinetic bomb will be about the smallest and lightest impact the moon has felt in a million years and yes it is in preparation to a planned moon base (remember Bush started it about five years ago) |
