Hello everyone.....
Thanks to you for your feedback. My point still remains that I deal with customers everyday on the phone and face to face and I try my best to help them with their issues. If my customer is rude, I realize that they are not angry with ME but their situation is what pisses them off.....with that said, I CAN'T take it personal because I am at work and I am working and I have a job to do.....without the disrespect. It seems that I can't even get gas these days without the lazy gas attendant tapping on my window instead of asking me how much gas I want from the drivers side....Oh! I forgot, he's too lazy to walk around to my window. OMG!!! but yet, they continue to take my money and disrespect me, what's wrong with that picture?????? It sure makes me feel good inside to help any of my customers with their problems and issues, because to me, without THE CUSTOMER there would be NO ME-RIGHT???? |

I'm the guy everyone loves to hate. However 9 out of ten people that sit
infront of my desk leave with a legal smile. What job do I have? |

I take the dreaded drivers license picture
In my state you're allowed to smile and it does make me feel good to see that person that will not smile for anything walk out of my office with a grin. Good customer service is always good. Peace~ |
