I agree however...They don't pay them enough to give good customer
service anymore...Perhaps that's the drawback...No incentive!!!!!!!!!!! |
look, i wouldnt mind helping a customer out, but come on have enough
cortesy to hand me the money instead of throwing it on the counter and then expect me to be happy for you. i dont care if you had a bad day. keep it to yourself and treat us like humen beings. our job doesnt say we have to take care or care about your problems. be cortious . treat us like how you would like to be treated. i have dealt with all kinds, and i have noticed a lot of bs comming from customers |

I agree...There is no need for people to be rude...No matter what...Rude
customers are no better than rude customer service people!!!!!!!!!! |
So whatever happened to the old adage that the customer is always right?
look, i have dealt with customers that did come in being all rude, some
of them wealked out with a smile on their face, but some just didnt even want to try. im just saying, there i sno need for the rudness. leave it at home. you wouldnt put up with it on the streets, so what makes you think someone in customer service should? |

Hey, GA, does the weather go away at night down there in GA?

When I worked in McDs, people like Purple Goddess were my faves, they
didn't waste my time being indecisive, they came got and left. But it was always hard to get a woman customer's phone number if she was that fast |

Same difference purple. Hasbro has come out with 20-minute versions of
some of their most popular board games like Monopoly because we are all too busy and life has turned into one huge conglomeration of everything we can fit into a 24 hour period. Customer service didn't find space on that schedule... |

Being serious for a minute. I agree with Hosea that there are as many
rude customers as customer service people. I was in the cashier line at Lowe's and a guy when the cashier was trying to ring up his stuff, walked away talking on his cell phone for like 5 minutes. The line was backing up, so I just pushed his stuff aside and told the cashier, "He just lost his turn." You should have seen her smile. |

Your job when a customer has a complaint is to make the customer
happy...BUT no place in that job does it say you have to put up with people that are just down right rude..If it's something small...Let it go...Something larger then deal with the issue...I used to work for Sears National Customer Service and we gave warnings to rude people if it didn't stop we simply hung up or gave them to the manager for him to deal with but they always backed up our decisions if the customer was unreasonable!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Sheila,
Yes the weather goes away when I close my eyes and go to sleep. It returns in the morning when I awake. Miraculous, huh?? |

And remember GA-if you don't like the weather...move!

Cat..at least wal-mart employees try! But when you tell the customer one
thing, then management comes up and tells them something different- it just makes the employee look bad! Plus the fact that wal-mart head honchos make so much money they keep the employees right where they can step on them, and laugh. They don't care about the employees..they only care how much they can put in their own pockets! But the employees do care, and they keep trying to get a change in management-which is where it needs to start. i know at our walmart they are so shorthanded because management won't hire enough people to take care of what needs to be taken care of! |

it seems that alot of us agree then, so when we are all shopping, lets
all just remember what we said and good customer service will comeback. just think about how a perso feels when you hand them the money instead of throwing it on the counter and making them pick it up like they are some kind of slave. just be cortious, thats all we ask |
yeh, thats bad when your manager pulls somethign like that. he should
find out whats going on first and then make a good decission on how to handle it |

Knight-There's a saying that applies, "The fish rots from the head
down." Nus-I tried that. Dark clouds followed me wherever I went. |
