That question is a truthful to yourself answer. Yes i have lost faith in romance. After thirty years of thinking someone cared, and being thrown away because your health went bad, yeah i have been hurt and i feel it will really take a long time to get over, i can't even amagine be romanced by anyone. I quess it scares me to, i may be hurt again. It seems everyone i met i am judging from the git go, thats wrong i know, and i do want those feeling back, but with caution. 
Know the feeling but there is a nice guy on Mingle not that far from you so hang around and you might find a summer romance. |

Thats been my experience. I too have met some self centered people. There was romance alright, as long as everything went their way. Of course you didn't discovor their hidden ways untill after you fell in love. |

Faith in romance... I have no idea what romance is. There is a vast diference between what one considers romance and what another finds it to be. |

I agree Faith in Love. I think romance is the adult playful reminder of underlying Love that allows us to be thoughtful, unconditional, playful, and even goofy. But you are correct, perhaps, it warrants no Faith, any more than a sporting event (Bry ducks for cover). Bry

Sometimes I feel like I did as a child...clapping my hands frantically while watching Peter Pan...in the hopes of keeping Tinkerbelle alive. I still believe in romance and love. It would be so much easier to become jaded...but believing is so much more fun.
