My recommendation is anything by Matt Nathanson.

Paolo Nutini is one of my favourites. And he just dropped his new album. He's a little soul, a little blues, a little odd and cute to boot! If you're into blues check out Colin James. Also one of my favourites. A Canadian artist with a good voice and wicked guitar skills. Oh and women...Duffy and Adele are both amazing!

Paolo is mine, Sunny !!! But enjoy Duffy, too. I'll have to check out Colin James...we seem to enjoy much of the same music. Odd. There must be 25 years between us! Ah...but music speaks to the spirit, doesn't it? I love music that hits the heart and not a lot of newer artist do it for me. And I think older stuff is just more artistic. Most people now just wanna make money and not art. And really, isn't it about artistry? I seriously will fight you for him. He's so amazing. Just the way he sings, the words and the ideas he presents are heart felt and sexy. sigh Makes me happy

"The Puppini Sisters" is pretty good. So is "Lost Straitjackets". "Bond" is also pretty good if you're into classical music-meets-techno stuff.
