wow its 104 out here today

I closed the polls 30 days from Saturday. After that, it'll be time to start looking at specific cruises, get prices and choose which one. True. A lot of airlines and hotels won't let you book more than a year out, either. So, I figure if we do end up going next fall then that gives people a year to plan and pay for everything, and watch out for good prices on airfare etc. |

Will be glad to Gypsy. I will need to check with Suz to see if she is able to tell which location is leading in the polls.

Go and look at the cruise areas, and figure out which port would be cheaper for you, and then sign up and vote for the area you wish to win.

Here is the link: http://mingle2010cruise.yuku.com/directory I'll have to check though I don't think there are many votes yet. So vote, people, vote. We won't know unless you do. If no one votes, Pam and I decide |

You know, I don't think I did a poll on which port to cruise out of. I just did one for destinations. As far as ports in FL, there's Miami, Port Canaveral and Tampa. Orlando is the closest airport to Canaveral and I'm not sure if Tampa has it's own airport or not, I think it does but it might be small.
Orlando's not usually much more expensive than Miami or Ft. Lauderdale, I don't think. Most of the cruises out of FL go out of Miami. |

I am leaning towards the Western Bahamas cruise, and if we voted on a port it would be Port Canavarel for me
The Western Cariibbean's don't usually go to the Bahamas, those are the Eastern
Myself, I like the Western itineraries better, snorkeling's better, shopping in Mexico is dirt cheap and fun, fun, fun! And I hate shopping! |
then its the western trip for me. Cheap shopping sounds like fun, don't think I can snorkel with my lungs though

No, but if we go to Grand Cayman you can swimming with the sting rays, it's a giant sand bar in the middle of the ocean, water's only waist deep at it's deepest point and stingrays all around. It was one of the coolest experiences of my life
for some strange reason I thought anything with the word sting in it met it would sting you..........

I might be interested depending on Dates and Where it's going

I might be interested depending on Dates and Where it's going We are taking votes in the polls for dates, and where to go. Here is the link http://mingle2010cruise.yuku.com/directory Just because you sign up doesn't mean your obligated to go. By joining up we have a better idea of who is interested, what type of numbers we are looking at. |
