Why ya wanna date the short girls? Tall girls only have their choice of fish from the deepest end of the ocean, while short girls have access to the whole darn sea! You should really give the tall chicks a chance. I'm afraid I'm going to have to insist, or we may have to make an ammendment to the Mingle rulebook. Thanks in advance for your cooperation. The same thing applies on the other end of the gender train, too. We tall dudes end up getting the short end of the stick when it comes to the ladies as well most of the time.

I think taller guys tend to have more options as well as shorter gals. It is what it is. But I would hate to be Yao Mings height, if you were that tall and not a pro athlete, it'd suck. Everything you buy needs to be custom made. I guess the moral of the story is everyone needs to date a baby bear. People make a lot of rules up but sometimes people just meet and connect regardless of all their preconceptions about what traits they prefer. Sometimes you don't think someone's that attractive but the more you hang out with them the more beautiful you find them.

Got into this thread late. But I'm 6'7, and finding someone 5'10 or taller, that's interesting, is kinda like pulling a buick outta my ass.

I'm just a shorty at 6'4, but I've dated 3 beautiful "Buicks" in the last year. The tallest was 6', and the others were 5'10, and 5'11. Maybe it'd help to stoop down a bit? I dunno, I'm just throwin it out there..

Personally, I think it is how some of us romanticize, look at this photo of Cary Grant and Myrna Loy: He is all dominate and serious while she is swooning... When I was younger there was nothing Sexier than looking down into my lovers eyes just before we kiss, having her reach up and wrap her arms around my neck as we embraced. On the flip side to that equation: my Aunt once told me, "Boy, nothing better than a Man datin a tall leggy Woman, cause when your nose to nose your toes are in it, but when your toes to toes your nose is in it."(My Aunt is a real hard biker chick) I learned as I got older that it did not matter whether my lovers were tall or short... It is how we see things eye to eye.
