I have a myspace account, but I wouldn't bother posting the link. As far as I'm concerned, the less people that write me there, or look at the profile (which is set to private anyway) the better.
I keep it only because it's an easy way to communicate with a bunch of friends who are all in the same place. I can send out one message and they all see it. I only have real-life friends on there (some of whom are virtual as well as my having met them in real life) and I am not interested in gathering a collection of people I don't know - causing my page to load even slower than it does! I had a facebook account too, but I deactivated it (I think). Every one raves about it, but I didn't find it that great. |

Girls get 10x the amount of email / messages / posts that guys do so it's no big deal to us really. The "hot young girl wants to meet you" spam is pretty easy to identify. |
