That which does not kill you makes you stronger.

Debate for the sake of debate gets you no where.

Debate so that others may savor your opinions and perhaps learn
something by them assists people you may never meet.

Stay and make ripples in our pond. You never know whos boat they may
rock or what fish they may cause to jump into the nets of the needy.

Hi Adventure. I dont usually Like too many guy friends But Id Like to Be
able to lean on you at times. Your wisdom seems Kind and Non-judgmental.

It's your choice. You have insulted me once to often, so I don't really
care.

If I may ask. Why are you so angry? People all around you are on a
journey. Their expressing their journeys. I don't see anything here that
would make you angry. If anything don't you think you could make your
points based on peace instead of anger.

Peace is one of the 3 biggies. If someone can not come in peace in any
language, religion, tradition, or reasoning than their point was almost
always considered mute from the beginning.

I'm only saying this because of what I see in your writing. I'm not
trying to hurt you in any way, but just trying to understand.

I don't see many here who aren't guilty of the same or worse than Spider
has done. Just an observation.

Spider, come on dude. It is what it is. The only problem I see is that
you still do not have control over your own anger issues. You cannot get
mad because some will not adhere to your beliefs.

Jesus did not give up because he was persecuted for his beliefs.(not
saying you are Jesus) You have much to say. You have much to learn. How
else to learn if you are strong, if you run away? Stick around. I read
everyone of your posts. I look forward to reading them. You make a lot
of sense, while quoting and explaining.

So what if someone argues with you? Big deal. I have been eaten alive a
few times. You said once that these forums were mild compared to those
that you have been involved in.

If you look, many do believe in a God, just not in the Son. Now, I don't
get that. But, it isn't for me to understand. I think you do a great job
at putting forth your beliefs and trying to show your proofs. If you
leave, you will be leaving those of us that aren't so good at giving the
responses asked for.

I wish you would stick around.

Well Spidey? I say, if you have to go, you have to go. If this forum
sinks into chaos without you, it will just have to sink. No one can
blame you, no sir. You unselfishly gave your all to bring enlightenment
to the Dirty Hoards, and what did it get you?

You'll be named in the same single breath with all the other Immortal
Holy Martyrs of your caliber: on a veritable Mt. Rushmore with your
likeness alongside those of Ghandi, Martin Luther King and Carrot Top.

Promise us, as you get back to the rest of your life, that you won't
look back and suffer the temptation to waste another second of your
precious time on us. It just wouldn't be fair to you.

I would like to think that you leave because you fear you are becoming
judgemental, that in trying to remove what you think blocks the sight of
others, you wonder is something is clouding your own vision.

But then I get to #6 and from what I know of you, I think perhaps you
hold the scriptures you quoted and interpreted so dearly as to consider
them pearls of knowledge that are being trampled on by the 'unclean' of
this community.

But pearls are only a defence against a grain of sand, you offer them as
your defence to those who don't believe as you do. But for every grain
of sand, in a clam, a new pearl is produced. Yours are not the only
pearls and those you caste in good faith that are trampled can be
replaced, I thought your faith and your patience was stronger than the
pearl.

You know why I love you? You are special because we disagree, but you
are always respectful. I think that you see some of the poor treatment
that the vocal Christians receive around here.

Why did I suggest Matthew 7:1-6?

Matthew 7:1-2 (Judgementalism) applies because the people who have
attacked me have judged me guilty for things that their friends do, but
their friends receive no judgement from them.

Matthew 7:3-5 (Hypocracy) applies because the people who have attacked
me do the same things or worse that they accuse me of doing.

Matthew 7:6 (Willful ignorance) applies because the people who have
attacked me don't read my posts before they attack. They don't try to
appreciate or learn from my arguments or commentary, they only reply to
attack.

Most of the people who use these forums fall into one of these lessons
that Jesus taught.

Oink oink, come eat little piggies. I have offered you something
spiritual, but you just want to fill your tummies with garbage.

Spider, I realize I have been one of the ones that has more than likely
irritated you in the past. You frustrate my rationality mightily. I
believe you have as much right to say what you think as anybody does.
