Spend a lot of quality time on the couch, take Advil, and use a lot of deep heating rub.

alcohol and drugs OMG Robin Are you over 50? yep, by a couple of months actually I stay young by making fun of people and not taking things too serious "you're only young once but you can stay immature all your life"

What do YOU do to feel great and stay as active and young as possible at the age of 50 and over? I try to eat healthy, think positive, and of course the grandkids, they keep you on your toes!

Rollerblade, Hike, Naturist resorts and beaches, ride motorcycles, and love life, love people, love all God's creations!
