but that's the thing... as of now... i really don't want to do television, radio or things like that. so i'm leaning toward learning everything there is to know specifically about being a print/online media journalist...
... but i'm 20... i might change my mind at 25... doing everything seems to be the "safe" option... while specializing seems to be the option that will help me excel meh

Jas, you can excel at many things. Although specializing is definitely an option, and probably a good choice. keeping your options open at this point would probably be a good call as well. At the very least, you have a very good idea of exactly what you really want to do, so you are already a step ahead of the game.
