Two Questions
#1 Would it bother you if your girlfriend went to Lunch with her ex for no particular reason? #2 Would it bother you if you were at your Girl Friends house and she sent you away because her ex was coming over to drop something off..but ended up staying for about 30minutes? They do not have kids.... |

1. Yes.
2. Yes! |
|

Answer:
#1- Yeah it probably would.. It depends on kids, etc. #2- Um if the gf/bf is sending anyone away b/c of the ex coming over it means it's not really over or she's/he's not telling the ex it's not over... When I was getting divorced after 2 yrs of separation I tried to keep the peace with his jealousy so I wouldn't have the guy I was dating around for the drop off and pick up of the kids.. That was out of respect for both and my not liking drama... |

But in this scenario, IndnPrncs, there are no kids involved...

But in this scenario, IndnPrncs, there are no kids involved... How do we know? you know how you guys are you don't give the whole story that'd take too long... Unlike me who gives FAR TOO MUCH and goes off on tangents along the way... |

Ok here is the whole story, He called her and she didn't really know what it was about but she assumed it was about taxes because it was tax season...she told me as much.....he came to her house and picked her up and they went to lunch...when i asked what it was about she told me 'nothing in particular' |

The is no such thing as "no particular reason" with human beings.
Number two does not pass the "smell" test. Some chemistry is going on here. |
|
|
|
totally yes on both.. id be movin on, no more calls from me.

For me, would depend on a couple of things. The lunch would be a bit hinky, but if she's not acting any differently, maybe it was truly harmless. As for asking you to leave so he could drop something off....how long have they been divorced/how long have you two been dating? Maybe she was just looking to avoid drama?

Yes, yes, she is not to be trusted!!

Yes and Yes. Most women are not comfortable with that. Can't see a reason to go to lunch with them Ever. Dropping something off, well, if it is something that she left over there and wanted back, (LIKE HER BOOTS!!!!) then yeah he could bring them back but current boyfriend shouldn't be sent away for that.

I don't think I'd mind the lunch bit part. There are people in my past with whom I still keep in touch and it isn't romantic any longer.
However, the asking me to leave so he could be with her would be something I'd be awfully upset about and might not be able to get over. That's just outright rude and, in my mind, it picks her over me. |

I've read about guys with boot fetishes. One story in my abormal pyschology class was about a guy who was so obsessed with rubber boots that he would follow a lady anywhere who happened to be wearing them, he'd take them to sleep with him and even ejaculate in them. (the boots, not the ladies) (psst, I hope your ex reads that story and drops off your boots in the middle of the night!) |
