One could also ask isn't it time that people in general realized that no president in modern history has been the person they claimed to be when running for the office. |

PRINCETON, NJ -- President Barack Obama appears to be slightly more popular with Americans at the start of his second 100 days in office than he was, on average, during his first 100. Gallup Poll Daily tracking from May 7-9 finds 66% of Americans approving of how he is handling his job, compared with an average 63% from January through April.

Only problem with the opinion poll method for a presidents success, is the average American doesn't have a clue what's happening in our government. So frankly I don't give a rats patuti what they think. People in political threads like these on this site and other site places tend to have a little more knowledge on average (IMO) though what the do with that knowledge some times baffles me. |

But that isnt what the OP insinuates.
He assumes that Obama has lost favor with his supporters! That just isnt true! |
There are only 25% who disapprove of the job hes doing.
Bush and his henchmen left office with what percentage? 28% approval? That means Obama has won over 3% of those! |
Oh,
I know it doesnt work that way, but those 25% who still think Bush was the man will never see the light! |

But that isnt what the OP insinuates. He assumes that Obama has lost favor with his supporters! That just isnt true! No actually what he said was that he thought they should be. My impression is that he thinks they are dumb for still supporting him. For me, if I ever believed he would actually do what he said he would do I'd probably feel a bit betrayed as well. But since I knew he was blowing smoke out his butt through the campaign I'm not surprised and not bothered by it either. |

obama sux.just gotta hope were still around to vote some reps. in in the next congress and senate vote. Out of the frying pan and into the fire, No thanks. I hope people are finally fed up the poor offerings that the two controlling parties throw at us and use their minds and intellect to elect someone that might actually be suitable for the job. |
