I would think it would be fun to not worry how many miles you would cover in a day. It just might be more fun to stop in small, out of the way places and find out what makes a little town tick. To hear all the different accents and the different expressions that people use. Thats like Heaven to me!! I really hope I get to do that someday. |

No, actually you dont use it hardly at all here. I think it is
strange when watching newscasts - no matter where - Toronto, Boston, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Dallas, Chicago and Los Angeles. ALL the news people sound the same. You would think you would hear the regional inflections - but its like they train them to speak flatly with no accent. The only one I get to enkoy is when the BBC is on and I hear their brand of English ![]() |
