I would think it would be fun to not worry how many miles you would cover in a day. It just might be more fun to stop in small, out of the way places and find out what makes a little town tick. To hear all the different accents and the different expressions that people use. Thats like Heaven to me!! I really hope I get to do that someday. |

No, actually you dont use it hardly at all here. I think it is
strange when watching newscasts - no matter where - Toronto, Boston, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Dallas, Chicago and Los Angeles. ALL the news people sound the same. You would think you would hear the regional inflections - but its like they train them to speak flatly with no accent. The only one I get to enkoy is when the BBC is on and I hear their brand of English

My Father was from England and sometimes he came up with some strange ways of saying things.But my Aunt from Australia was really hard to understand.
My husband was from Rome and I never knew whet he was trying to say, Maybe thats why we had a long and successful marriage
