I believe it was Manatowoc. They have a museum up there with a sub you can walk through. |

yep thats it, I think they stomed building them in the early 70's yeah when they all started being nueclear. They still build a lot of boats up in that area. We did some work for a luxury boat builder up there a couple of years ago, Burger boats. |

Have either one of you ever travelled in an RV? I would love to do that . Never did but always wanted to try it too. Just not real thrilled about the idea of driving one of those big things all day. The driving part is bad..but what a nice way to go. My sister and her husband had one and they loved travelling in it .I would love to go on vacation in one. They would even just go to campgrounds with it sometimes. |

Hi, No I never have. I think it would be a great way to see the country It sure would but like MTM said the driving of it might be difficult. My brother in law was a transport driver so it didn't bother him at all. Me however..I have enough trouble with my little Sunfire

I would think it would be fun to not worry how many miles you would cover in a day. It just might be more fun to stop in small, out of the way places and find out what makes a little town tick. To hear all the different accents and the different expressions that people use.
