if he was JUST asking a question maybe. but from what I've seen (and I've paid next to NO attention to it) he was doing it to intentionally try to politicize and stir up controversy

He let Joan Rivers orchestrate him. Thi chit is right up the GLBT's agenda. They managed to get Perez appointed as a judge and had him ask the question. Just look at the woman who resigned. Carrie Prejean had a meeting with the marriage between one woman one man group and she announced a campaign with the gay marriage group ten min later. Then mysteriously the photos are released to the press. Im telling you the GLBT will stop at nothing. They dont care what organization they damage or who. Ethical behavior has no meaning to them. It's a shame some people cant see the truth.
