My brother was a drag queen in New Orleans (I'm not joking here BTW). He was always a snappy dresser, but when he was in drag he was the ugliest SOB I'd ever seen. Can we say gaudy? Growing up he was the preppiest, most fashion forward guy at school. I know he also spent more time on his hair than I ever did.

I don't get it.... all these people who think that trying to groom and dress to impress= gay. Dude, that is weak BS. I expect my woman to put forth some effort into making herself more attractive to me. She deserves the same consideration. I spent years looking like a bum...t-shirt and jeans... Now, I wear slacks and silk shirts and women apprecieate the fact that I try to look nice for them. To the people who think that not caring how you look is acceptable...just remember..it shows you give zero consideration for the person you are with.

Krupa....I must not have read all the pages, I didn't see anything about people not caring how they look. I for one was just having fun. I would venture to guess most of us here take the time to look nice.

I think fashion is just a "bad habit" <------ Get it, do ya do ya huh huh?! oh honey....(shaking head)...don't quit your day job! hahahahahaha No Heather, I was reffering to the guys who duck out of attempting to look nice by equating it with being gay or metrosexual. as far as most people taking the time to look nice...I donno...next time you are in Wal-Mart...count slobs vs. people who at least make an attempt...I always come up with a huge number of apathetic slobs..and a small handful of people who try to look nice.
