In short, an argument "where have you been before" is a fallacy. The reporter that is asking the questions, is either to dumb to know this, or too dishonest to use it anyway.

My main ambition in life is to someday strangle that chick in the Progressive Insurance commercials who is always waving her hands back and forth and screaming, "Discount!!!" Anyone who has suggestions for how to dump her body without being caught is welcome to write to me. I already have plenty of plastic and a staple-gun. My friends husband works at large corporate hog confinement, he says if you throw someone in a pin of adult pigs, there will be nothing left by the time they finish. |

In words of Brick Top, aka "The Nemesis":
Brick Top: You're always gonna have problems lifting a body in one piece. Apparently the best thing to do is cut up a corpse into six pieces and pile it all together. Sol: Would someone mind telling me, who are you? Brick Top: And when you got your six pieces, you gotta get rid of them, because it's no good leaving it in the deep freeze for your mum to discover, now is it? Then I hear the best thing to do is feed them to pigs. You got to starve the pigs for a few days, then the sight of a chopped-up body will look like curry to a pisshead. You gotta shave the heads of your victims, and pull the teeth out for the sake of the piggies' digestion. You could do this afterwards, of course, but you don't want to go sievin' through pigsh!t, now do you? They will go through bone like butter. You need at least sixteen pigs to finish the job in one sitting, so be wary of any man who keeps a pig farm. They will go through a body that weighs 200 pounds in about eight minutes. That means that a single pig can consume two pounds of uncooked flesh every minute. Hence the expression, "as greedy as a pig". |

If this doesnt work all these morality issues so important to the GOP will fall on empty ears as families lose their homes and children lose the stability they need to grow into productive adults.
So your your saying inncreasing government, social programs, and spreading wealth will make people better? IMO. It will make more people less productive and their children will grow to see they dont have to do anything and the government will take care of them. |

It will make more people less productive and their children will grow to see they dont have to do anything and the government will take care of them. Creating the right jobs is what it's all about. If you increase the amount of money without increasing the GDP you solved nothing. You did, however, increase taxes on every upper, middle and lower class american. You are totally right about the Wall street tycoons. THis is why i was against the bailout. You literally taxed all three classes and gave a few select people their money. That's stealing IMO... |

But how is the left any different? You are not being objective on this. They *****ed and moaned for 8 years about reckless spending but now, they sit quietly as spending has risen exponentially. And the "fixing bush's mess" line is crap because both parties had their greedy little hands in it all. Again. Nothing has changed but the sides of the parties involved. |

Kinda funny how this administration increased the spending on wars... But you are right, some of what they do willcreate jobs. Unfortunately most of them won't contribute to the GDP. So most won't help. But some will. It also kinda sucks how the stimulus will also tax the hell out of the lower and middle class (as well as the upper!). Maybe we should ask what the "economy" really is... |

question...something I don't get didn't Obama say something about his budget plan and saying no earmarks? U united S socialist A america Yes and no. A few capitalists that no longer want to compete for their position are who is defeating the republic. Funny how people seem to cheer everything that will screw them in the end. I Think the plan is to infiltrate the republic, and gain control over public opinion, essentially using democracy as their weapon... Capitalism will be around as long as money is around. Communism, socialism, facism, and capitalism, are all the same pretty much. They are all based on money and who owns property, etc. The only one that allows the little guy to become the big guy is pure capitalism. Everything else is invented to make sure everyone can sustain living as they are. |

Capitalism involves a private property of tools of production.
As there is no such thing, there is no capitalism, so don't blame it. |
