and it really isn't too hot here.

She is right about Austin! It is definitely the place to be. Multiple fabulous hospitals that are always hiring. I love the whole feel of Austin, it is extremely laid back, diverse and artistic. On the same note though, you know you're still in Texas. It's absolutely beautiful there!

As far as the weather goes, not too hot would be 95 or so. That is about average for the dead middle of the summer. It does get above 100 a few days every year and it does get below freezing for a couple of weeks every year though, so there's a little bit of everything.
