Glad that you are doing good.
My back is not too bad, still have a tiny bit of sore stiffness going on here but not like it was last week at all. I go for a CAT Scan on the 18th at 10 AT NIGHT!

they'll find out what the problem is.. and FIX it.. which is AWEsome  good luck with that.. and just rest alot.. keep heat on it and don't do any heavy lifting I've heard it a gaZILLION times

I have been resting. But still trying to do some stuff to at least try
to strengthen it. And as the heavy lifting I HAVE TO! I still need to install my A/C I was going to do it yesterday but ran out of time. |

wait till AFTER the cat scan to do the AC thang whisper.. that's NOT
gonna help in the LEAST .. TRUST me on this one k?? just WAIT.. also.. waiting will help in FINDING someone to install it for ya.. I'm sure there's PLENTY of people close enough by that you could ask to help and would help GLADLY hey.. TTO's not far.. why not ask HIM?? there's STILL time to install it beFORE the huge heat waves come

Heat wave not here yet!? I live on the sixth floor and the afternoon sun
hits everyday. I get the heat wave everyday between 1-8:30 Hmmmm TTO is not a bad idea though. Hmmmmm  Oh TTTO......!!!!!!

same here actually.. got big azzed picture windows in 2 rooms.. sun beats in ALL day long and dang.. the livingroom heats UP.. phew.. can you say SAUNA?? so I close the drapes and open windows and doors and turn on the ceiling fans.. works for ME for NOW anyways
