Anyone else deal with this? I didn't think I did till my gf fired off a few commitment questions tonight on the phone. After being married young and now going through a divorce after eight years, I think I've been scarred in this area. Maybe my gf is right & I really don't know what the he11 I really want. | |

Welcome to my world.... wanna split the panic 50/50?
I don't know for you, but I know for me, I earnt my challenges with commitment...my last words to my fella/bestest friend, One Great Love when we parted, was, "When you are ready come Home." He informs me he is coming home..*gulp*! There is nothing I can offer other than, do you know the number for the Witless Protection Program? | |

Your perfectly normal. You just have to be fair and honest with any potential partners so they dont fall too deep in.

I'm with Jim. We all have baggage based on our experience. If you are open, honest and own it, you will be able to move past it.
