1.Cervical cancer or cancer of the cervix is an abnormal growth of malignant (cancer) cells in the cervix. It is the second most common cancer in females and it is successfully curable in the early stages.

2. Symptoms : Abnormal vaginal bleeding, Unusual heavy discharge,
Pelvic pain, Pain during urination, Bleeding between regular menstrual periods, after sexual intercourse, douching, or pelvic exam.

3. Risk Factors :Human papilloma virus infection, Smoking, Oral
contraceptives, Chlamydia infection,Multiple
pregnancies, Family history of cervical cancer

4. Diagnosis: Pap smear test, D& C

every women should get above tests done at least every 6 months as suggest by WHO.
