If I walk into a stall and see that the commode ain't been flushed, I can't help but let every other female within shoutin vacinity know they sure as h*ll don't wanna walk in that one. It's only common courtesy after all. I'll make sure I'm even louder if the female responsible happened to be walkin away at the time. Ladies, you know exactly what I'm talking about.
