I just put up crown moulding in my living room and very quickly went from being a perfectionist to thank goodness for wood filler and paint.

become more serious. Are you a perfectionist and an overachiever, but whatever you do never seems enough? Guilty! TRYING to be less of one, though...that developed out of trying to please people that I won't ever be good enough for and I'm done with that silly stuff! Giving up the habit of being self-demanding is very difficult. |

Guilty at times! Certain things (work, for example)find me being a total perfectionist. However, I've learned that it's a surefire way to give myself an ulcer, so I've been working on being content with high quality without striving for the elusive "perfection".
