The thing that has been most bothering me the last few days are the guys who insist on getting my phone number and yahoo email address. This shows an amazingly rude lack of respect for me and my requests to keep conversation limited to this site. It is no wonder women become so jaded having to deal with such demands. Uncalled for.

I dont really know who has been saying and doing what. I havent noticed things being any different to how they have always been since ive been on this site. I am a straight talking blunt jackarse personally so my posts do not always come accross as nice. I totally refuse though to panda to the sensitive and hold back from my humour or my opinions. There are too many people that get offended too easily, and its not my resposibility to bubble wrap them from the real world.

However , there are rules and i try to keep within them. If i cross the line i get warned or suspended. I dont really see what the problem is.

Did I miss something also? or was I the one contributing to his emotions? I think somone needs a hug!

Maybe should give him a hug along with a shot and a beer.

I haven't really been here much lately, so I must have missed something. And from the sound of it, it's good that I missed it.

I guess I've been more focused on getting beaten up by life outside of mingle. Once again, I fear I've been the victim of some game playing. It sure is getting old and tiresome. That's why I changed my heading to: "Taking a Breath of Fresh Air".

I need to heal and lick my wounds a little, I guess.

You go Cntrygrl4! I agree totally. My number is a private thing and I can't begin to tell you how many guys think I should give it to them before I even meet them. Heck, even in a bar, you get the number from the drunk ones AFTER you meet them. Just because they can't remember who you are, if you met of even if they were there, you still met them before they got the phone number. No, it's not easier to arrange a 1st meeting over the phone. If they're that uncoordinated, I don't need to date them and be frustrated.

Have seen that kind of stuff on here yet. Just one guy who is really arrogant and post alot of comments. He doesn't really join the conversation. He just finds ways to glote. I just think he might be socially inept or a sociopath.

Thing is that people are too busy worrying about themselves and not caring about others... Goes back to the old adage that it takes a village to raise a child...

Just because the children of yesterday are the adults of today doesn't mean that the learning/teaching should stop. We are never so grown that there isn't room for improvement.

Give respect and pay forward what has already been given...

I know and agree that it shouldn't have to be said but it is like saying "I love you"... if your actions tell the person you love them should you still say the words? In my opinion you should as the other person may not read your actions the way you hope they do but if you tell them how it is then you know without a doubt they know it. It may reiterate the point but at least they understand.
