In traffic, or at the store, not really.
With friends, or family,I tone it down. |

 I've learned to think 1st I don't want words said in anger to hurt feelings

I always think about what I'm gonna say, mostly because I don't want to be caught contradicting myself in my angered state. I don't wanna give anything up when in an argument.

It really DEPENDS on the level of anger at the moment!

I just walk out of the room...or just calmly end the conversation and put the anger past me.

Sometimes I shut up. Sometimes I walk away. Sometimes I speak in an angry calm tone....but if you attack my family or especially my kids.....Your on your own. Because I come out on all fours.
