Depends on the situation. If it's a decent conversation, then no. If it's a debate, arguement, or anything of the sort, then most of the time, yes... That's generally because I want to make sure that I've been understood.

depends I would state what I had to say but usually their are other people in the debate (especially in forums on this site) who are bigots and are ignorant of the views other than their own basically because what ever you say was always going to be wrong I wouldn't care.
