Just consider this....there is a difference between self-centeredness and vanity.
I am very selfless but extremely vain. Vanity makes me take a shower...cause I don't want to stink It makes me put on slacks and a dress shirt and brush my hair before I go out in public because I refuse to blend in with the masses of dumpy slobs at Wal Mart. Vanity can be a good thing from the right perspective. I am glad to be vain. It only makes me want to look better for the woman that I love. |
