Topic: The price of comfort | |

We are using more gas than we are producing. Gas prices are no longer an
issue of the war or a country, but our usage. We are using an average of 9.1 million gallons of gas every day. While we are only procucing 8.5 million a day. Where will we begin to realize our dilemma? What are the prices of gas where you are? Here: Day before yesterday, it was an average of 2.65. Then yesterday it was an average of 2.75. Today it is averaging 2.85. Kat |

I agree scttrbrain, our gas prices are outrageous here. Today it's at
$1.21 a litre. Went up from $1.17 yesterday. I'm in British Columbia about 45 minutes east of Vancouver. It certainly doesn't look like it will stabilize anytime soon. :( |

revised: this morning it was 2.85, now it is 2.89. It is reported that
we could see (at least here in Oklahoma) 4.00 a gallon. These people with these big vehicles are in for big trouble, I think. My sis has a big quad cab Dodge. It is already almost too much too handle for her. I have a Nissan, and my mom has a Hyundai (my Nissan gets better than hers). At least we are somewhat lucky. Kat |
