I just can't see spending good money on the White Castle's or the Krystal's lil gut bombs...never could understand the facination with them...thank gawd for the dollar value menu at their competitor's!

Once (when I was young) a friend picked up a h00ker in the bad part of town and dumped me at a white castle for two hours (2-4am) and I was gravely concerned about my own safety the whole time, then I wondered what he was doing for two hours and since then I associate White Castle with danger, so I have never eaten at one.

Ever eat at White Castle? Not the frozen ones from the supermarket!! I mean real White Castle burgers at 3:00 a.m. after a good binge. The last time I had some "sliders" was the last time I visited Chicago to visit some relatives, which was well over five years ago. Good stuff!

Big Glenn, White Castles aren't just in bad areas in St. Louis. They're all over. They're in the rich neighborhoods too. |
