....many people enjoy sleeping in. What do you, personally, consider "sleeping late"?
Since I get up for work at 3:00 a.m., my internal clock is used to it. "Sleeping late" for me is about 4:00 a.m. |

"Sleeping late" for me is about 4:00 a.m. You and I are on similar internal clocks. Mon-Fri I get up at 4:30am. When I can sleep until 8am on the weekends, I usually don't make it that late; I get up around 7am. The exception is when I am out the night before and I am still in a vodka soaked condition. Do you use an alarm clock? I haven't used one since I was in my early 20s. I had to get up at 4am when I lived with my parents -- to feed livestock before school. As an adult, on my own, my first job was opening a gym at 5am. I just set the mental idea to get up and I do. So far, this hasn't failed me. |

Sure, I use alarms, but I usually wake up before the ring. Force of habit from getting up that early for so long, I guess.

I usually get up around 5:30 - 6:00 a.m. whether I have something to do or not.
I've always been that way, even as a teenager, but I tend to burn out around 9:00 p.m. I did sleep in until 8:00 yesterday and I hated it. Everyone was already up and they bugged me before I had coffee and alone time. Oh, and I don't need an alarm either, even if I change the time that I need to wake up. I'll always wake up 15 minutes or so before it rings anyway, but I do use it as a backup. |

I get up at 8am on work days so sleeping in would be until 9 or 10
but I usually wake up at 8 whether my alarm is set or not, sometimes I'm lucky enough to fall back asleep for an hour or two stupid internal clock |

I LOVE the snooze button. Best thing they ever invented...LOL
but on the weekends sleeping in for me is 730.... |

Obviously, I'll turn the alarms off on days that I don't have to go in, but the internal one always wakes me up with a horrified, "Oh, SH!T!", like I've overslept.

I get up between 7:20 and 8:15, during the week, depending on whether I'm working at home or going into the office. Usually on the weekends, sleeping late would mean 9, maybe, if I'm lucky. Though, I got to sleep until 10:30 this morning .

i get up at 4:30 every day. I guess 8-9AM is a good sleeping-in goal... not always achieved...

I only get 3-4 hours of sleep on those days that I have to work, so I take full advantage of those days when I can sleep in.
