Do a little "field" work to make sure that they are not "hooked" to someone else. Or that they definetly don't want any relationship at all.. then. I tell them.

If you like someone , do YOU reach out to tell them? Or wait for them to reach out to you? If I'm holding back on telling any woman, usually something's wrong and intuition is stronger than instinct. Something is obviously very wrong especially knowing how I feel about one woman.

If I like someone, I can't help but flirt and make it pretty apparent, but I prefer he make the first move. I like a man who is confident.

I hold back for a while, feel out the situation, then I usually tell the person.
