truth first and foremost then happiness and love

Food, water and shelter are the only necessities to physically surviving. However, we have emotional needs that must be met in order to be healthy as well. And, yes, not having our emotional needs met will affect us physically as well as emotionally and mentally. Absolutely true. The op only gave 3 options. Air, water, food are basic for survival. If we survive and live, there is the chance the others could be obtained. |

So true but unless one loves and is honest with themselves and can face the truth. Then they will not have those things returned to them in the end. Just because others give those things to us will not bring us happiness unless we give them to ourselves first.
Out of honesty all three are as important as the next. Neither to me should be there without the other. |

An example of how we need more than food, water and shelter would be the prisoner in solitary confinement. They do that as a punishment because it deprives the prisoner of a basic human need. How long can a person sit with no mental stimulation at all before he goes mad? Technically, with food, water and shelter he is still alive. |

the op only gave 3 options because he figured the question would not be taken so literal and that the others would be assumed.... lol Hahahahahaha now what makes you think that some of us would not have to analyze your question and think of it in reality as well as what has to come before you could actually retain those things. Humm guess some just think beyond the questions themselves. |

I suppose I could go without knowing certain truths in life. At the chance of sounding needy, I choose TO BE LOVED!

What can I say I do this when someone has actually asked a question that is worthwhile thinking about. |
