dear diary......before I left for outta town there was a big uproar at work, about the work load. The "management" was supposed to delegate the work load.....Im afraid they are going to give me harder patients. I have a feeling Im going to be pissed off later...... Streamlining sucks unless you are ahead of the curve and have figured out ahead of time how to streamline your new stuff. It's probably impossible to streamline much of what you do. Got a plan?

Knowing I'm leaving my job just makes me laugh at my boss and his screwy antics. He still has no clue. Somebody must be mad at him though. Someone broke into his bathroom and took the biggest stinkiest sh!t and left it there for him. Wasn't me. Lemme think....hmmmm who left before me. I'm figuring parking places, paperwork in inboxes, hadda be chris nelson. He left mike the poop. Oh it reeked.

I find that if you look at our patients on paper, mine looks a little light. But considering I have 1 patient that is the heaviest in alot of ways other than weight, the psychological bs I have to put up with her, I have the most violent in all of the ward and I also have a few more potential psychos and a really heavy man. The others may have more "lifts" but not all lifts are hard....in fact I find them alot easier. So my plan is.....Im going to look at it.....and if I find it too heavy then Im going to complain to higher management.

Just be sure to wear that shoddily-constructed coat your over-paid for in the process of doing that.
