I would wish for my body to be able to survive healthy and strong without any sustenance or the needs for sleep. This way my plans for world domination could come a lot quicker. I suppose I could just wish for the world domination but I would rather work my way there.

 I would wish that animal cruelty was non-existent, and anyone caught abusing an animal would experience an eye for an eye. They should suffer the same abuse. Yes, a draconian law but it would stop the cowards from hurting helpless animals. 
I am NOT necessarily referring to hunting or raising animals for food.
