I wish I had taken more Women's Studies classes in college. I remember taking Women and the Law. The professor hated me because I was "too white, middle class." She actually said that to me in front of the class.

Yeah. And, I couldn't get higher than a C on anything I did in that class. Although I still ended up with a B. I guess there wasn't much she could do about my test scores in her class. But, when you turn in papers they can pretty much give you any grade they want regardless of the work you did.

I think it all started when we were talking about women's reproductive rights. I said, "If I coulnd't afford to have children, I wouldn't have any." That's when she said, "That is a typical, white, middle-class attitude". I was stunned. Of course, she was right. I was white, middle-class. But, it was the first time I ever felt ashamed to be that.

I think that happens a lot in college though. Where if you have a differing viewpoint from the professor you will be graded unfairly. At least that's what I have heard and from that one experience I had.

The calendar I use just takes all the work out of timing spells. I always know what the moon phase is, but the calendar also takes other astrological information into account and just lets you know what it's a good day for as far as assisting your spells. I like it.

This is the wall one that I have. They have a weekly book calendar that is more expensive. I find the wall calendar to have all the info I need.
