Actually DT, the rainbows and bunnies are out for me. And unless the flowers are referring to gardening, then that's out too.

HOw about Rainbow eating Flower Crushing Bunnies that like to watch people in parks and attack at night?...

I'll tell you what I think --

There are some of us who need a way to let out some of the traditionally "negative" things we keep inside us.

And this site is one way to do that.

You and I may not be all flowers and bunnies, DT, but we both have unplumbed depths that might amaze a few people -- if only those people had the inclination or ability to see them.

There are a few here who really do "get" me. And those people are like diamonds -- truly valuable and truly beautiful.

That's why I admire your posts so much -- you don't cater to the masses, you don't change who you are. You raise questions, you say some things that aren't normally heard on dating sites, and you can still have fun with it, too (like the Counting posts).

Don't change a thing -- just because people don't understand you, it doesn't mean you're doing anything wrong.

Im sure most can see that a name as DeathsTreaty talking about those thigns seem to be odd...

It's an interesting contrast -- especially as those of us who come across as being more cynical or negative than most, are sometimes ostracized for it (that means being turned into an ostrich) -- there's more than one kind of humor, and there's more than one kind of writing. And there are a lot of people out there who have undergone humorectomies and who will never see the underlying laughability of so much that goes on here -- maybe those are the "true cynics"....?
