What ever is handy at the time....a napkin if I am reading at lunchtime at work, the tear out cards if they are around, I have a metal bookmark too if I want to use the correct thing. I've even used the sheet one day when I was reading in bed and had to get ready for for work.....just made the bed and slipped the book under the pillow with the sheet stuck in it.
Oh yeah.....and corner-folders drive me crazy too!!!!!!!!!
