Yes, understood. I am a bit of an island myself.
Lacrimosa is a fine call. We'll sit and listen, dim the lights. |

Best answer would be in the one I shot off for what geometric shape I am:
Polymorphous hyperbolic. I come in many colours, morph according to tone on the stage I find myself on. There is something decidedly wag-tail puppy of me, at all times. |

Oh, I see ^^
Do you mind me asking what you do? |

I guess that answer is well multi-faceted also.
I've "done" much. Am a bit of a gypsy, artist, medic, beach bum, orphan waif. One helluva survivor. My profession is in Natural Medicine, many modalities. Have done many other things too. You? |

Share something of yourself, if you dont mind I was in a massive car wreck Monday, and yesterday I found out I'm a "sponsored link" on Google. I don't think the two incidents are related, however. |

Hey, Lex! Just left you a note in scar thread. Are things coming together any better? Explain sponsored link more. Um, please. |

Im sry to hear Lex about both... Thanks, DT. I don't really mind being a "sponsored link" -- better than a "sausage link," anyway. |

Hey, Lex! Just left you a note in scar thread. Are things coming together any better? Some progress today -- not enough, but better than none. I replied to your post over there, too! Explain sponsored link more. Um, please. One of my friends called yesterday and said she did a Google search on my name, and, on the right hand side of the page, at the top, it said this: Sponsored Links Lex Fonteyne at Amazon Millions of titles, new & used. Free Shipping on Qualified Orders! Amazon.com/books I've been listed on Amazon since last April, but this is the first time I have ever been affiliated with a sponsored link. I had no idea what she was talking about. so I looked it up on Wiki: ========== Pay Per Click (PPC) is an Internet advertising model used on search engines, advertising networks, and content sites, such as blogs, in which advertisers pay their host only when their ad is clicked. With search engines, advertisers typically bid on keyword phrases relevant to their target market. Content sites commonly charge a fixed price per click rather than use a bidding system. Websites that utilize PPC ads will display an advertisement when a keyword query matches an advertiser's keyword list, or when a content site displays relevant content. Such advertisements are called sponsored links or sponsored ads, and appear adjacent to or above organic results on search engine results pages, or anywhere a web developer chooses on a content site. ========== I still have no idea what any of this has to do with me, but I don't think it's necessarily a bad thing. |
