One of the things that I admire about this place is that genuine jerks can get a new a$$hole ripped in no time at all...to straighten up and fly right, or else.

i had a profile there years ago, but it just felt too much like i was on display.

you know that creepy feeling when you walk into a bar and a guy's eyes travel from your face, down to your toes, and back up to your eyes again, to see if you meet with his approval? that sort of creepy.

i didn't much like it and it wasn't my style.

Plenty of Fish seems to be messing up access on your computer with all kinds of cookies. It seems like a lot of these sites that have free beginning access just leave the profiles up when you don't join. Makes it appear that they have lots of people but they are phantoms. I would think people who actually pay would file class action suite for fraud.

I met someone from there in 2006, and it was a pretty miserable experience.

I just made a thread there, and when I made the topic, -which was a general, view my profile thing- I was told that my topic had to be original for people to see it. I couldn't post on there. I ended up saying, "If you dont read my profile, I will hunt you down and throw a rock in your shoe" I originally put, "If you dont look at my profile, I will hunt you down" But that wasn't original enough for them, THEN, you can't post crap unless you write 200 or more words in here. I had to write so much that I didnt need to. I ended up writing on how much that site sucked, and mingle2 was better. LOL.
