I'm a Realtor and I see that kind of stuff all the time. I'm amazed at the way some people live...yuck! I'm a landlord and have seen worse. Thank god for michigan 10 cent deposit.

That's sad. It's especially sad if there's children in the home. Within reason, everyone is allowed to live how they please. I once had a female doctor living next to me. She had a huge home with several children. The city had a few very large dumpsters in front of their house - the kind for taking roofs off of homes. They filled those dumpsters up with trash from the house. It happened to them twice. One time the children were taken away for awhile. Her van had trash so high that her children had to climb over the tall heaps. She has a sickness.

It is definitely a mental illness. They get to the point they can't control their behavior and it's overwhelming to even think about cleaning up. This picture looks more like just someone who's too lazy to clean up their trash. I just wish I could have had all those coke points..... If you look closely you can see the garbage even extends under their feet! Gross!

...pot smoking procrastinating pig tracy. I dated her. I cleaned 1400 pounds of garbage out of her car once. She called me saying her malibu was getting terrible mileage and could I look at it. I laughed. Garbage fast food wrappers, bags, half eaten food, soda cans and bottles, dirty diapers, snotrags, childrens toys, beer cans, and household garbage packed to the ceiling in the back seat. Patio stepping stones stacked up on the backseat floors. The trunk was full of household garbage and a wrought iron railing and 16 inch TV. After her father and I cleaned out the 1407 pounds of garbage- her mileage came back. Her apartment was worse. Ya gotta love a large ceramic ashtray so packed with butts it looks like a game of jenga.
