Since the housing market has tanked I'd have to sell everthing to make up for the loss I would take on my home.

Damn...I don't even think Goodwill would take my stuff. goodwill take anything. geeze last yr the goodwill in portland oregon got 2 baby urnes that were donated to them. and yea the ashes were still inside
