Just wanted to chime in real quick
A felony is a crime punishable by at least one year in prison and/or a huge fine. A misdemeanor is a crime punishable by up to or less than a year in jail and/or a small fine. Prison is a correctional facility run by the state or federal government. Jail is a correctional facility run by the county or city. ####################################### um in the state of washington, there is such a thing as a gross misdemeaor with a fine of 5k, and one year in jail. so forget that small fine business..it is large fine, unless put on probation, and adjudicated. where they keep u under survelliance.....then harass u.

Reason I said huge/small is because each state has a different monetary value on the felony/misdemeanor fines. The felony fine will be huge compared to the small misdemeanor fine. Sorry if I mislead. |

I'm wondering why this guy hasn't made his move on this girl he so badly wants to go out with... when apparently he's so much better cause he's not a dumb azz felon like her BF. I mean, you know he's in jail, could be the time to make your move. On his tombstone, "He made his move... Prisoner #45369588 made his". |

 I'm sorry, but if end up in jail for doing something than your a dumbass. And why women or men would wait for the dumbasses to get out of jail is beyond me. 
But it depends what their in there for. If their in there for burglary, then id say forget him, but if hes in there for sellin a little weed to a snitch ? Nah... The crime in that, is a supposed friend turning in his own friends to get his own butt out of trouble. There's alot of people in jail these days for that crap. I would also like to say, that if he's in there for any METH or hard drug related charge, and he's guilty, then I say therapy or throw the key away.
