I'm sorry, but if end up in jail for doing something than your a dumbass. And why women or men would wait for the dumbasses to get out of jail is beyond me. We don't even know how long he's been in jail. He over heard a convo, what he heard he took out of context. Maybe he's only been in jail a day for unpaid tickets. You don't know. Maybe he has enemies and someone turned him in for some BS he did long ago or didn't even do. Maybe someone stole his identity and commited fraud. There's lots of reasons. I for one will give the guy the benefit of the doubt before I go off on a tangent about how his gf should leave him.

And maybe he really is a fk up and is right where he belongs and she should leave him there without looking back. But without more info on the story, we shouldn't be judging the guy.

Hold the frikken phone. I'm getting the impression that some of you think that most of us women sit around waiting for a dumbass a-hole to get out of jail....passing up all the nice upstanding men who are available.....when we are looking for a man. If you are one of those people.....Throws big rock at your head.....really hard

i usualy dont post topics like this because i consider them whiney...with that said...there is a beautiful and intelligent woman who works at a store i shop at...i have thought about asking her out...the other day i overheard her talking to a co-worker..."i can't wait for my man to get out of jail"...this question has perplexed me for my entire adult dating life...why do some women (and i'm sure some men) want to stay involved with a convicted felon? be seeing you To me it doesn't matter. husband/bf in prison, ex-bf in jail all is as bad as being married, and just, if not more, dangerous.

I'm wondering why this guy hasn't made his move on this girl he so badly wants to go out with... when apparently he's so much better cause he's not a dumb azz felon like her BF. I mean, you know he's in jail, could be the time to make your move.

Just wanted to chime in real quick A felony is a crime punishable by at least one year in prison and/or a huge fine. A misdemeanor is a crime punishable by up to or less than a year in jail and/or a small fine. Prison is a correctional facility run by the state or federal government. Jail is a correctional facility run by the county or city. I have dated a felon or two. It just depends on what crime was committed and if they've changed their lives for the better.

maybe there where deeply in , and he got caught stealin food for there baby If you go buy 1/8 oz of weed, and get pulled over on the way home for some reason, and they find the weed, you were transporting, and thats a darn felony, but it wouldn't mean that he's a bad person morally, or dangerous.

i've kept my nose clean for 43 years...i have no sympathy for people that can't keep their nose clean...even if it is a "victimless crime" like parking tickets...and maybe the smaller the crime speaks more about the persons stupidity and lack of respnsibility than anything else...and i would not want to be with that kind of person ...and i can't understand why any woman would...be seeing you
