That steak made me sick!! why do people like it that way? I once was in a restaurant and the waiter came back and said sorry mamm but the chef refuses to cook your steak well done. so I said then tell the chef I refuse to eat his cooking and left! Now I know med. rare is the proper way to eat a steak but do you think it is right for a chef in a restaurnt to refuse to cook it the way the customer(who is paying for it) wants? Yes, because the longer you cook a steak, the tougher it gets. And well done is like the sole of a shoe. And when customers order a steak well done they are the most likely to complain about a tough, unedible steak. I, as a waitress, should know that by experience.

come to PA we seem to get mostly ice anymore, left over snow we had is almost totally gone |
