Getting him to meet my needs. My guy tells me all of the time how great I am to him and thanks me for all of the stuff that I do for him. Now I just need a little in return. He tries but he doesn't put his all into it like I do for him.

Making sure our needs are compatible, having respect for each other. Then it's not so hard to find that balance where both of our wants, needs get met. I don't think it's split evenly, because sometimes you go through being needy, it's having someone who understands that sometimes it works out more 70/30 at any time for either person.
