Me myself and I, that's the norm now, who cares about that their actions is affecting others as long as they are happy (the worst is that those people are rarely happy).

It's called a concealed weapons permit. Sounds like you need one. Go to your local sheriff's dept and apply for one. By the way, there is only one correct answer to the question "why do you want a concealed weapons permit", and that is "to comply with state law". You won't get the permit with any other answer.

The human race is known for it's destructive nature. And, those who have not realized that they have the choice to survive without harming another will continue to make the world a difficult place to be in.

Man that really sucks... I used to live just outside NYC.. and never had that kind of problem.. Now where I live ...the excitement is watching the lake freeze in the winter and thaw in the sring.....but then again I am anti social I think most people suck or want something from you...

the problem is lack of adiquate punishment for the actions performed

go to jail get a free gtm membership watch tv get internet free room n meals free library full of books including law books not in the publick library

we need to get back to imprisonment being a punishment instead of club fed make them work for what they get remove the gyms and tv and the internet and the air conditioning

they would rather go after the hookers junkies and pot smokers most of them do not shoot back

I live on the outskirts of the good side of Tulsa, we had several thiefts around here that came to a head when the cop down the street had her patrol car broken into.

A couple of years ago...I came home one morning, when i started to unlock the door, i knew right then. I pushed the door open, and immediately it hit me. All of my guitars were gone. I knew where to go next, my gun cabinet, all of them were gone. The guns, i bought and paid for, and that did make me mad, but what really pissed me off, was they took my Guitars. Seven in all, two vintage Washburn acoustics identical..one was my dads, he bought them for me when i was a kid, along with a Washburn electric, a Peavy falcon, a Dimebag Darrel dimeV, and a custom made Walker. I took reaaly good care of these instruments...and this just burns my a$$...they took them from the hard shell cases, and apparently wrapped them all in a sheet, they took from my bed. Despite having all of the serial numbers for every item...none have ever been recovered.

The estimate is about $16,000 , this would never cover what they took from me, i suppose it is a good thing, for me, that i don't know for sure who took them.

Ouch!

the worst part of this senseless act is that the lady was running away after getting robbed and got shot in the back...kinda makes me sick...today in new orleans there is a sense of people wanting to take back the streets...most shop owners are talking about arming themselves...the flowers continue to pile up at the memorial placed in front the place she worked...there is a huge sense of loss within this tightly knit community...so far the killer remains at large and everybody is on edge.

Times are tough & people are getting desperate, also sounds like your in a bad neiborhood or at least one that's going bad!!

center of the french quarter bad nieghborhood???...this happened litterally around the corner from brad pitt and angelina jolies house...its bad people coming to a good nieghborhood...a nieghborhood where the median rent is about $1100.00 a month for a one bedroom place.
