i grew up in small town montana.. nothing ever happens sleepy little town.
about an hour ago. there was a sniper shooting from the bus barn at the hospital, shot and injured 2 people, and killed another.
the entire town is on complete lockdown. the details are sketchy, but if the info i have is correct so far, one of the people that i grew up with and used to date one of my best friends and his new wife are 2 of the ones shot!
also my ex mother in law (whom has always been super sweet and wonderful to me and the kids even when her son wasnt) works at the hospital, and i cant get ahold of her ether.
im freakin out and scared..
please pray for the people of Glasgow montana in this time of confusion and need.

Oh Izzie that's awful! I don't "pray" but I hope the injured recover completely & quickly, that the gunmen's problems are resolved without more violence & you town is peaceful once again.

thanks everyone. according to the www.kltz.com homepage the highschool was in the middle of a basketball game and is currently in lockdown.
im so worried. my sis in law and my bro are seperated, and she just moved back there with my niece and nefue.

It is a terrible situation you have there.. My prayer is that God's will be done. If it is God's will that your people have survived then That is what I pray for. If something happened for the worse, then I pray that after a mourning period has ensued you find the strength to take an experience like this and use it to benefit others. out of chaos we learn to heal ourselves and know the needs of others in similar situations in the future. I pray everyone you know is alright and I mourn for the loss of the one whoever that might be. May God's hands protect you in this time and protect your loved ones.

Manhunt Still Underway In Glasgow
UPDATED AT 10:00 P.M. (adds that traffic is restricted)
As of 10:00 p.m. local time on Saturday night, a manhunt was underway in Glasgow, and according to the Law Enforcement Center, no one was being allowed in or out of town.

According to Valley County Sheriff Glenn Meier, the manhunt is continuing and as of 9:15 p.m. no arrests have been made. Meier confirmed that 3 people were shot near the the Frances Mahon Deaconess Hospital ambulance barn earlier today. The barn is located just to the northeast of the hospital.

We have received word from Frances Mahon Deaconess Hospital that they are still under lockdown at the present time, which means no admittance to the hospital. If you do have an emergency situation, please dial 911 - an ambulance crew is standing by. Currently an incident command system is enabled at the hospital.

The hospital public information director also stated that the hospital confirms they are caring for three victims of gunshot wounds at this time, but cannot confirm the condition of any of the victims.

Glasgow High School was under lock down with no one allowed to enter or leave the building. The Scobey Spartans basketball teams were facing the Scotties. However, people were allowed to leave the high school between 7:45 and 8 p.m. It appeared that all vehicles leaving town had to undergo a search procedure.

Law Enforcement Checkpoints were still in force at all roads going in and out of Glasgow as of 9 p.m. Glasgow residents, especially on the south side, are urged to keep their doors locked! Please do not panic, but please do lock your doors.

Also please do not use your cell phones unless it is an emergency situation, as hundreds of calls were overloading the system earlier this evening. Use a landline when at all possible.

i just talked to my sis in law on the phone. she said that when she was leaving work they searched her car, and she was finaly allowed to leave town to go home. she is at home safe with her kids.
i still cannot reach my ex mother in law who works at the hospital, or my ex father in law who's wife also works in the hospital..
