I don't know where you get your news from but try a different channel. There have been Muslim protesters against the actions of Hamas. Remember Palestinian...a people. Hamas...an organization. To use your way of thinking all Americans are part of Weather Underground (one of your homegrown organizations)

I happen to know that the Israelis bomb ambulances with Red Crosses on, I happen to know that the Israelis bomb the border of Rafah with impunity to prevent Egyptian aid from reaching the Gaza strip.
12km of flat desert is continually bombarded to break up the system of tunnels that the Palestinians use to get food to their people.

US is simply using Israel as their attack dog in the region. I do not know how hard it is to see that... Just unleash the dog, and there is no Iran. But the responsibility... ah, that is with those crazy Jews (they all ragheads anyway)!

I disagreed that a strong/weak argument is a good one to use. It allows anyone weak to attack anyone strong without retaliation.

Instead, I suggest using an analogies where a person's own country is divided by some unwelcome third power, and then they are not only oppressed, but insultingly offered just to accept the rights of a foreign installed state to exist on their land.

I am not talking about Muslims protesting here in the United states or Canada.I am talking about someone living in the country under Hamas rule.You are saying there is innocent people being killed.I am saying they all support Hamas.If you can find someone who lives there and protests their government who is a Muslim.That is what I am looking for.

What does being in the region have to do with anything?I know what I know because 1.)Muslims leaders give speaches on a daily basis calling for the destruction of Isreal 2.)There is a un-exuastable supply of missles,weapons,and explosives that seem to make it's way into Gaza despite walls all around the city.3.)Hamas not only brags about suicide bombers and launching missles they take credit for it.

Police of Mahmoud Abbas' Palestinian Authority pounced on demonstrators protesting seven days of heavy Israeli air strikes on the Gaza Strip targeting the militant Hamas movement.

Security forces particularly focused on anyone carrying Hamas' green flags, a telling indication of Abbas' determination to thwart any challenges to its own rule in the West Bank from Hamas.

That does not mean that everybody in the U.S. - men, women and children - were in on what our President was doing.

Australian Jews protest against Israel's action

MORE than 100 Australian Jews, including two award-winning novelists and a former federal cabinet minister, have signed a statement condemning Israel's siege of Gaza, heightening tensions within the local Jewish community over the violence.

The Prime Minister, Kevin Rudd, meanwhile called yesterday for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza but refused to criticise the Israeli offensive.

Authors Linda Jaivin and Sara Dowse, the environment minister in the Whitlam government, Moss Cass, and the NSW Greens leader, Ian Cohen, are among 120 Australian Jews to accuse the Israeli Government of a "grossly disproportionate military assault on Gaza because it was Israel that violated the fragile truce on November 4, 2008".

Their statement has provoked a backlash from leaders of Australia's main Jewish groups, who argue that Israel is acting in self-defence.

The statement was co-ordinated, but not endorsed, by the group Independent Australian Jewish Voices. It is part of an international outcry from dissident Jewish groups, including J Street in the US and Gush Shalom in Israel.

The signatories agree that Israel has a right to defend itself but say "the assault on the population of Gaza will only inflame hatred of Jews, and of the state of Israel, while doing nothing to protect the lives of Israelis".

They argue that "crude home-made rockets" fired by the Hamas-led government in Gaza have caused relatively few Israeli casualties. "By contrast, Israeli bombardment has caused around 400 deaths and 2000 casualties, including a large proportion of women and children."

Just like the majority of the sheep - you will believe anything your media tells you.

1) The destruction of Israel is a rallying cry to a beleaguered people who need to know that they are getting bombed on a daily basis for something.
2) Gaza is not a city - this is obviously something you know nothing about - it is a region. The region doesnt have walls around it, it currently has 10,000 troops running amok.
3) Again, to bring the Israelis back to the table to debate why they are not even allowing humanitarian aid into the region.
