According to the Geneva Convention. It also only applies to conflicts between nations that have ratified the Convention, which Hamas/Palestine (because neither are a state) have not. therefore, it's not against the Geneva Convention. Thanks for playing though.

and honestly, Hamas dug their own grave on this one. they're out-manned, out-gunned, and should know better. staying within your borders and accepting attacks from Israel is one thing and deserves action against Israel. Hamas has been lobbing bombs and rockets at the border Israeli towns for nearly a decade. It's their own damn fault. We should not step in against Israel when they are reacting to attacks against them that have caused (though in smaller numbers) Israeli deaths.

Prior to the death camps etc. Thousands of Jews tried to flee Germany. They were refused access to those nations which could have saved them for just those reasons. These nations include Great Britain, Canada and the United States.
